This house is the style of a casita. It has an open floor plan with very high ceilings clad in teak milled from the property. It is very clean and comfortable with impeccable views of the jungle, wildlife and the Pacific Ocean from the wrap around balcony. 18km from Samara/Nosara (45 min drive).

The infinity pool is shared between 4 casitas, but never crowded. Most likely will you have the pool for yourselves. Wifi (free) throughout the property is provided through Starlink internet and Ubiquity mesh network. Wifi is suitable for remote work and video conferencing. Luxury bath products like Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner by Biosfera and Raw botanicals offered in all the casitas.

Neighborhood
We are located within more than 100 acres of a private finca owned by our neighbors. Our location is very private, very safe and very peaceful. We are otherwise known as Finca Cotinga Azul.
Guest Access
You have access to our 2 acre grounds which includes our newly planted coffee farm, yucca, bananas, plantains, guavas, water apples, sugar cane, passion fruit, dragon fruit, coconuts and more (all are seasonal) as well as our gorgeous infinity pool. Just outside our property you'll find the surrounding mountain roads that allow for hiking and exploring the small river, larger coffee farms and our local rural community of Naranjal.
Find us
Parking is not an issue, you have a dedicated spot! The property has plenty to explore on foot but 4x4 is encouraged when driving within the finca to save our roads!
